Commercial Support Contracts
All of our support contract packages offer unlimited remote telephone
support and a set number of pro-rata hours on-site/workshop support. With
each of our packages we clearly outline the maximum number of hours of on-site/workshop
support that the package provides. This enables us to ensure that we harmonise
your support requirements to the appropriate package and fee.
If, whilst we are supporting you, we find that you require a small amount
of extra on-site/workshop hours than your package allows, as a commitment
to our flexibility we will provide that extra support at no additional cost.
Where it evolves that your requirements exceed your packages cover by a
distinct amount we will happily review the various options with you which
could include recommending an upgraded plan or simply providing any additional
hours cover on a Pay As You Go basis.
We do accept monthly payments for any of our Support Packages.
Basic Office Support Package
The Basic Office Support Package provides cover for PC's in an office,
community building, small business. Package includes support for up to 3
PCs, 1 printer, wired or wireless network and internet access. Software
support is available with this package at an additional cost.

*12 months = £299 includes 20 hours Support
Enhanced Office Package
The Enhanced Office Package provides an extensive IT support service and
includes computer, printing, network and internet access support. Package
includes support for up to 5 PCs, 2 printers, and a wired or wireless network.
Software support is available with this package at an additional cost.
*6 months = £299 includes 12 hours Support
*12 months = £499 includes 25 hours Support
The Premium Office Package delivers comprehensive IT support to projects
and businesses with up to 10 PC's who require computer, printing, network
and software support. Package includes support for up to 3 printers, wired
or wireless networking, internet access and MS Office package (inc. Word,
Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), Windows Operating Systems, AVG Anti
virus and Lava soft Ad Aware (Anti Spyware).
*6 months = £499 includes 22 hours Support
*12 months = £899 includes 45 hours Support
