Home Support Packages.
All of our support contract packages offer unlimited remote telephone
support and a set number of pro-rata hours on-site/workshop support. With
each of our packages we clearly outline the maximum number of hours of on-site/workshop
support that the package provides. This enables us to ensure that we harmonise
your support requirements to the appropriate package and fee.
If, whilst we are supporting you, we find that you require a small amount
of extra on-site/workshop hours than your package allows, as a commitment
to our flexibility we will provide that extra support at no additional cost.
Where it evolves that your requirements exceed your packages cover by a
distinct amount we will happily review the various options with you which
could include recommending an upgraded plan or simply providing any additional
hours cover on a Pay As You Go basis.
We do accept monthly payments for any of our Support Packages.
Basic Home Support Package.
This is a basic home package. Affordably priced, it offers enough support for a single PC used for internet access,
email including support for a single printer.
Software support is available with this package at an additional cost.
*6 months = £79 includes 4 hours Support
*12 months = £149 includes 8 hours Support
Enhanced Home Support Package
This package is for homes with more involved setups such as wireless networking and print sharing.
This package includes support for up to 3 PCs, wired or wireless networks,
1 Printer and internet access.
Software support is available with this package at an additional cost.
*6 months = £149 includes 10 hours Support
*12 months = £279 includes 20 hours Support
